Cultivation Château Dudon's grapevine has never known weed-killer. The ground is ploughed 8 to 10 times per year, earthing up or baring of the roots, depending on the season.
The use of organic fertilizers and of Bordeaux mixture for treatments justifies the label of organic viticulture "ECOCERT".
